ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in calling the Petitioner and his brother's son Vamsi to the II Town Police Station, Madanapalle at the instance of the respondent No. 4 is as illegal, arbitrary and against to law and consequently direct the respondent No.3 not to call for the Petitioner or his brother's son Vamsi to appear before the 3rd respondent i.e., II Town Police Station, Madanapalle, Chittoor District at the instance of the respondent No. 4 despite of issue is civil in nature and pass….”
2. Heard Sri G.Eswaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the respondent police are not calling the petitioner to the police station, since no crime has been registered against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to

call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against the petitioner.
