Also heard Ms. D. Jain, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resource Department appearing on behalf of all the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been field by the petitioner claiming an amount of Rs.71,131/- as the outstanding dues for “Raising and Strengthening of Nonoi embankment B/B from N.H-52 to R.K.B/Dyke (Under SSS)”. 3. Ms. D. Jain, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resource Department submits that the outstanding bill of Rs.71,131/- is an admitted amount by the respondent Department and accordingly they have already paid an amount of Rs.22,564/- to the petitioner. She further submits that there is a further outstanding dues of Rs.48,567/- to be paid to the petitioner. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and as the amount of Rs.48,567/- being an admitted outstanding dues to the petitioner by the respondent Department, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.48,567/- to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court.
