IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS DATED: 05.11.2025 CORAM THE HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE K.RAJASEKAR CRL OP NO.30020 of 2025 Abdul Hafeez @ Habdul Hafees ….Petitioner Vs The State rep. by The Inspector of Police All Women Police Station, Royapuram, (Crime No. 06 of 2024) Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest pending investigation in Cr.No. 06 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Gunasekar For Respondent : Mr.S.Udayakumar Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ---- O R D E R Heard both sides. 2.Earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No. 23262 1/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
of 2024, dated 24.09.2024 to the petitioner by this Court and subsequently, on the basis of the cancellation of anticipatory bail petition filed by the de- facto complainant, the same was also dismissed by order dated 08.10.2025. However, the petitioner either has to challenge the cancellation of anticipatory bail order dated 08.10.2025 or surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and hence, I do not find any justifiable reasons to entertain in this petition. Hence this petition is dismissed. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 05.11.2025 MSM To 1.The XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chenani. 2.The Inspector of Police All Women Police Station, Royapuram, (Crime No. 06 of 2024) 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
