Also heard Ms. S. H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. Ms. S. H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who submits Page No.# 2/3 that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 29.01.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Curt on 29.01.2025 he has appeared before the Investigating Officer 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the victim are already back in their home as the same was intimated to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by the Investigating Officer and it has been reflected in the order dated 29.01.2025 by this Court. 4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecution submits that though, the updated case diary was called for, however, the case diary of Rupahihat P.S. Case No. 151/2024, which is available before the Court is up- dated only till 17.09.2024. 5. She also submits that there is no endorsement in the case diary regarding recovery of the victims. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 7. This bail application is an old application pending before this Court since the month of August last year. It also appears that the victim are already recovered and they are back in their home as reflected in the order dated 29.01.2025. 8. Further, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 9. The interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.01.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact. 10. Send back the case diary.
