Petitioner is a resident of Village Aaneki Hettampur, Tehsil & District Haridwar. According to him, respondent no. 4, who was elected as Pradhan of the said village, was not meeting the requirement as to minimum age and he submitted forged documents along with his nomination papers. In this regard, petitioner has made a representation to District Panchayat Raj Officer and District Magistrate, Haridwar on 17.11.2025. 4. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that petitioner appears to be in great hurry, as soon after making representation, he rushed to this Court. 5. Be that as it may, since petitioner has raised the issue of eligibility of respondent no. 4, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to District Panchayat Raj Officer, Haridwar to look into the complaint made by petitioner and take decision, as per law, within nine months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that respondent no. 4 shall be given reasonable opportunity of hearing before taking any decision.
