Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner No.2 had filed W.P.No.4298/2024, and interim orders were passed on 12.02.2024 staying the sale notice dated 23.01.2024 and all further proceedings thereto, subject to the petitioner depositing 20% of the outstanding amount within six weeks. However, petitioner No.2 has failed to deposit the amount. Thereafter, petitioner No.2 withdrew the writ petition. 3. On going through the memorandum of the writ petition, this Court does not find anything stated in the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6473 WP No. 4232 of 2025 writ petition regarding the filing of the earlier writ petition.
