No one has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.1. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to school concerned to forward petitioner's application dated 03.12.2023 along with necessary documents to the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi for correction in the date of birth in petitioner's mark-sheet of Class X Examination Year 2022 (Unique ID- 7580963) bearing Roll No.1224045/008. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to correct the date of birth of petitioner as 02.07.2008 in place of 02.07.2006 has also been sought. 3. Learned counsel for opposite party no.4 on the basis of instructions submits that petitioner's application for change of date of birth has already been submitted to the Council on 21.01.2025 alongwith all the relevant annexures and decision has to be taken by Council. 4. In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for opposite party no.4, opposite party no.3 i.e. Chief Executive and Secretary, Council for India School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi is directed to take a decision with regard to petitioner's application dated 03.12.2023 expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon concerned authority. 5.
