Petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to question his transfer order dated 15.01.2025 whereby he has been transferred to post of Conductor from Sawai Madhopur Depot to Rajsamand Depot. In the list dated 15.01.2025, petitioner’s name finds place at serial No. 118. 2. Petitioner has fundamentally challenged the transfer order on the ground of illness/sickness of petitioner’s wife, however, it is [2025:RJ-JP:19406] (2 of 2) [CW-7040/2025] undisputed that petitioner remained posted at Sawai Madhopur Depot since 2018 onwards continuously. 3. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order, which has been passed in the administrative exigencies, however, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to submit a representation before the respondents. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.
