ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Memo No. CMD/CGM(HRD)JS(HRD)/GM/HR- III/DGM-1/PO-II/A.1/ D.No.659/A/19, dated 11-07-2019 issued by the 4th Respondent altering the General Transfer Policy and guidelines issued by the 1st and 2nd respondents, as illegal, arbitrary, irrational, discriminative, without

authority of law, violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, besides violation of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 4th and 5th respondents to strictly adhere and follow the condition I(a) of Transfer Policy and guidelines for the year 2019-2020 issued by the 2nd respondent dated 03-07-2019 for effecting transfers, and further direct the 4th and 5th respondents to follow the proceedings in Order No.TOO(Addl.Secy Per)Ms.No.1200, dated 11-07-2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and Proceedings No. S.O.O.(CGM-HRD) Ms.No.827, dated 11-07-2019 issued by the 4th respondent without reference to impugned Memo dated 11-07-2019, and to pass other order or orders……”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this writ petition.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
