(Oral) Learned counsel representing the petitioner on instructions states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Court in CWPOA No.2343 of 2020, titled Vikram Singh Vs. Himachal Pradesh Transport Corporation, along with connected matters, decided on 09.11.2023, in a time bound manner.
2. Ms. Shubh Mahajan, learned counsel representing the respondents-Corporation fairly states that she is not averse to the aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present
2025:HHC:3248-DB 2 petition with the direction to respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in Vikram Singh’s case (supra) in time bound manner, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass detailed speaking order. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, if he still remains aggrieved. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
