The present contempt petition has been preferred for non- compliance of the judgement and order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Writ-C No.3326 of 2024, the relevant extract is quoted hereinbelow: "9. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5/ Tehsildar, Tehsil- Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur to decide the matter pending before him under Section 34 of the Code, 2006 in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a stipulated time as provided under the statute, from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. " Lalendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent on the basis of instruction received from the respondent has submitted that the judgement and order of the writ court has been complied with. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
