When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.170 of 2024 is still pending and therefore, the prayer seeking further investigation is not maintainable at this stage. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation in this case is still pending, this Court is of the view that no direction, as sought by the petitioner, can be issued at this stage. 6.
