It is submitted that charge-sheet, in this case, has been Page No.# 2/2 submitted showing the petitioner as an absconder and the limited prayer made today by S Nawaz, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner shall appear before the Ld. Trial Court and till then the NBWA issued against the petitioner be kept in abeyance. The next date for the case is fixed on 18.09.2025. 3. Having regard to the above, it is provided that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the next date fixed i.e. 18.09.2025 and submit appropriate application as may be advised. 4.
