This writ petition has a deficiency of non-joinder of relevant parties, however, still considering that issue is in respect of seniority and respondents are likely to take a decision on further promotion which would prejudice the petitioner. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent no.3, fairly submits that grievance of the petitioner will be considered within a short period and a reasoned order will be communicated to him. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, ignoring the deficiency as referred above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that representation filed by the petitioner and annexed along with this writ petition will be considered by the concerned respondent and he will communicate the decision taken on it to the petitioner within a short period preferably before the Selection Committee takes a decision.
