Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:5288 Court No. - 8 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6376 of 2024 Petitioner :- Uma Shankar Respondent :- Consolidation Officer, Milkipur Dist. Faizabad And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Maya Ram Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Shri Maya Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed the instant writ petition seeking expedition of proceedings pending before the Consolidation OfÏcer concerned in terms of Rule 109-A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954. He further submits that by virtue of an order passed by the appellate court by which the order of which implementation was sought, has been stayed, the instant writ petition has become infructuous at this stage. In this view of the matter, since the order of which the implementation was sought is stayed, no order is required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, it shall be open for the petitioner to seek expedition in case if any cause of action accrues in future.
