The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "i. to quash the order dated 21.09.2023 and order dated 04.01.2024, order dated 22.04.2024, order dated 24.05.2024 as well as order dated 16.07.2024, passed by respondent No.1 in Securitisation Application No.780 of 2023; Nitin Kumar Gaur Vs. Punjab National Bank and another. ii. In the alternative, to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the Reply/Objection dated 29.12.2023, filed by the petitioner bank in the said Securitisation Application and also direct the respondent No.1 to expeditiously decide the Securitisation Application No.782 of 2023; Nitin Kumar Gaur Vs. Punjab National Bank and Another, pending before it." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument to prayer No.2. 4. Considering the fact that the reply/objections are pending before respondent No.1, the present petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent No.1 to decide the same in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
