By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the review said to have been filed against the order dated 25.06.2014 and pending before the respondent no.1. This Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, in as much as, from a perusal of the alleged review application, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure No.1 would indicate that Sri Shiv Shankar and Sri Prabha Shankar, the State and the Gaon Sabha who were parties to the said proceedings have not been impleaded as a party here. Moreover, the complete order sheet in respect of the proceedings, of which, expedition is sought has not been brought on record. For the aforesaid reasons, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
