NANI BABU ROBBA The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., is filed aggrieved by the order dated 13.10.2009 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, in M.C.No.34 of 2005. 2. Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 3. This Court by orders, dated 02.5.2025, has directed the Secretary/Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Legal Services Authority, Krishna at Machilipatnam, to secure the presence of the petitioner and respondent No.1 and submit a report as to whether the dispute between the parties has been settled or not. The Secretary/Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Legal Services Authority, Krishna at Machilipatnam, has submitted a report stating that the notices sent to both the parties were returned with an endorsement “no such persons in this address”. 4. Despite best efforts made by this Court to secure the presence of the parties, it could not happen as parties are not residing in the address shown in the petition. As such, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the revision petition as both the parties are not showing interest. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
