The petitioners claim that even after affirmation of the report by the S.D.M. regarding demarcation of the land of the petitioner the same has not been carried out on the spot. 3. Let the S.D.M., Tehsil- Patti, District- Pratapgarh get the facts verified and do the needful as per law at the earliest, say, within a period of three weeks. If there is any legal impediment in enforcing the orders, if any, passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, then, he shall communicate the same to the petitioners in writing. 4.
