Petitioner claims that he had participated in process for allotment of retail outlet for sale of petroleum products and after field verification, he had also deposited some money. All this happened in 2019 but thereafter, no allotment letter was issued and now the retail outlet is being constructed by some other allottee. Petitioner seeks allotment of the said retail outlet. Learned counsel for oil company says that the petitioner had not been found eligible for consideration for allotment with group-1 and 2 candidates. This intimation was given to the petitioner on 26.12.2019 by email, which is taken on record, but the petitioner has never challenged it. The petition is absolutely misconceived.
