By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the Court of learned Family Court Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) to decide the case baring Civil Suit No.506-A/2023 as early as possible within prescribed time limit. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application under Section 13 (1)(A) of Hindu Marriage Act was filed by the petitioner before learned Family Court Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for dissolution of marriage is pending 2 consideration since 30.06.2023. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 506A/2023 within a stipulated time. 3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Tandon, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Family Court Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 506A/2023 expeditiously. 4.
