The Court:- The appeal arises out of an ad-interim order dated 16th December, 2024 passed in a proceeding under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. As per submission of the Learned Advocates representing the parties, there is no dispute that the proceeding under Section 9 is fixed for final
2 hearing on 23rd March, 2026 and 25th March, 2026. The proceeding being at the verge of conclusion, we dispose of the appeal and pending applications reserving the liberty of the parties to agitate of the issues arising out of the ad-interim order under appeal, which needless to say is subject to final hearing and final orders being passed in the Section 9 application.
