The grievance of the petitioners is that the drain constructed by Nagar Nigam has not been completed, on account of which, the rights of the petitioners are being affected as they have houses just where the drain drops. Nagar Nigam shall ensure a visit at the spot where the problem exists as per the petitioners and see if anything is required to be done by the Nagar Nigam officials with regard to drain allegedly constructed by it especially if it is incomplete and to do the needful.
