Issue a Writ in the name of mandamus directing the Respondents to restore the name of the Petitioner in the RTCs, pertaining to Sy No.202 of Hulugondanahalli Village, Harohalli Hobli, Kanakapura Taluk, Ramanagara District and to cancel the mutation entries recording the name of KIADB in Column No.9 and 12. c. Pass such other order/s as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case and in the ends of justice and equity." 2. Heard Shri S. Manjunath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Shri Seshu V., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 and Shri Vasudevan H.N., learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions would submit that if four weeks time is granted, the grievance of the petitioner qua the prayer that is sought would be redressed. 4. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to respondent No.4 to redress the grievance of the petitioner by - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20283 WP No. 5330 of 2025 restoring the RTC, as sought within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
