Sarma, learned Special P.P for Forest Department. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, Page No.# 2/2 Sri Ngurang Tonke, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Offence No. BG/WL/03 of 2025 under Sections 27/29/50(1) (c)/51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 as amended. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail on 04.08.2025. 4. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Special P.P for Forest Department, upon instructions submits that pursuant to grant of interim, the petitioner appeared and has been cooperating in the investigation, which however, is still in progress. 5. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted vide order dated 04.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall continue rendering the co- operation to the investigation ; ii) That the petitioner shall not abscond; iii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6.
