Bhelupur, District Varanasi, whereby non bailable warrant has been issued. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed. Office is directed to disconnect Application u/s 482 No. 36896 of 2024 with the present case.
