The petitioners are accused in connection with Lalpur PS Case No. 110/2025. The petitioner and other accused persons were suspected to be involved in theft of motorcycle. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 30.03.2025 and motorcycles were recovered from the possession of each of the petitioners. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the nature of offence and the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Lalpur PS Case No. 110/2025.
