Roop Lal and another vs. Roshan Lal and others RSA No.568 of 2019 01.08.2025 Present: Mr. Devender K. Sharma, Advocate, for the appellants. None for the respondents. On 01.07.2025, the following order was passed: “Mr. Rockey, Advocate, appearing under instructions of learned original counsel, submits that though legal heirs have not come forward to impart necessary instructions and provide assistance to take appropriate steps on account of death of appellants, however, he intends to send Registered AD to legal heirs of appellants. Therefore, as prayed, matter is adjourned for further order on 1st August, 2025.” Today despite repeated calls, none has put in appearance for the legal representatives, if any, of the appellants. Since, the appellants have already died and no steps have been taken for further representation in the appeal, it appears that no one is interested to pursue the appeal. At this stage, Mr. Devender K. Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance and has submitted that though, he had sent a registered letter on the address of deceased appellants, but none has responded.
