Since common facts and grounds involved in all these petitions, they are being considered and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners, who are working as Staff Nurse in the respondent department, seeking a limited direction towards the respondent authorities to decide the objection raised by the petitioners to the gradation list. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the gradation list has been published by the respondent authorities about the seniority of the Staff Nurse in the Directorate of Medical Education, the names of some of the petitioners have wrongly been placed in the gradation list and the names of some of the petitioners have not been published. With regard to the aforesaid anomaly, the petitioners have raised their respective objection/ representation before the respondent authorities, which are pending consideration and till date, the grievance of the petitioners have not been redressed. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the representations are still pending before the respondent authorities, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 6. From the pleadings and documents, it is manifest that with regard 4 / 4 to non-publishing/wrongly publishing the names of the petitioners they submitted their respective representations and the same are still pending consideration. 7. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case; particularly considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the State; and also looking to the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, all the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent DME (Director, Medical Education) to consider and decide the respective representations of the petitioners within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on its own merits and thereafter pass a reasoned and speaking order. If necessary due opportunity of hearing be also afforded to the petitioners to putforth their respective case. 8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, all the writ petitions are disposed of.
