Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. 1.The revision petition has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 16.9.2024 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.975 of 2020 Haseena Bano and others versus Jameel Ansari, whereby the application filed by respondent No.2 has been partially allowed and the revisionist has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- from the date of filing of the application. 2.Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State. Notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order. 3.A perusal of the record shows that the trial court has issued six issues. It is not in dispute that respondent No.2 is the legally wedded wife of the revisionist. She is residing away from the revisionist for sufficient cause. She is a destitute and incapable of maintaining herself and the revisionist has sufficient source of income. Considering all these, a sum of Rs.3000/- has been directed to be paid to respondent No.2 from the date of filing of the application, which in the opinion of this Court is just and proper. I find no illegality in the order impugned. 4.The revision, being devoid of merit, is dismissed.
