Admittedly against the order impugned dated 15.07.2022, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, the petitioner has statutory remedy of filing an appeal. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the time limit for filing of the appeal before the appellate authority has already expired but yet he would prefer to file an appeal against the order impugned. 4. Shri Sachin Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for respondents- Corporation states that in case an appeal is filed within a period of 2 weeks, then an endeavour would be made by the appellate authority to decide the appeal expeditiously. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order before the appellate authority within a period of 2 weeks from today. 6. In case the appeal is filed within a period of 2 weeks along with a certified copy of this order, then the appellate authority would make an endeavour to decide the same on merits in accordance with law under relevant rules which appeal would be decided within a period of 6 weeks from the date of filing of the said appeal. 7. In case an application for interim relief is filed, the same would also be decided by the appellate authority in accordance with law.
