Having regard to the nature of the grievances projected by the petitioner, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at this stage. It is seen that the petitioner has come before this Court for the second time. The earlier writ petition being WP(C)/1449/2020, was disposed of vide order dated 20.11.2020, by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner against vacant Grade-III post in Chaparmukh B.B.H. Higher Secondary School in terms of Rule 5 (2) of the Assam Secondary Education (Provincialised Schools) Rules, 2018, wherein, there is a reservation of 5% of the total post of Junior Assistant for Grade-IV staffs having their requisite years of service. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that although there is vacancy in Grade-III post, the petitioner has not been considered and therefore, he is again before this Court. 3. On being asked as to whether the petitioner had approached the respondent authorities for considering his case after the disposal of the writ petition on 20.11.2020, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner did approach but he has not been considered. However, there is no communication or representation produced by the petitioner to show that he has communicated the order of this Court and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by giving Page No.# 3/3 liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities with an appropriate application by enclosing a copy of the order dated 20.11.2020 passed in WP(C)/1449/2020 along with a copy of this order for consideration of his case against the available vacancy in the Grade-III post in accordance with the relevant Rules.
