Following order was passed in this matter on 24.03.2026: - “Dr. A.K. Panda, Professor & Head, Veterinary Public Health, presently holding the charge of ViceChancellor of the respondent-University, has attended the hearing pursuant to order dated 19.03.2026. Dr. Panda has assured that interest liability due to the members of the petitioner-Association in terms of judgment dated 29.09.2021 passed in CWPOA No.106 of 2019 (Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University-Laboratory Staff Welfare Association Versus The Vice Chancellor and another) shall be cleared within two weeks from today, i.e. by or before 09.04.2026. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? He has also undertaken to file his separate affidavit in this regard in the Court today (24.03.2026). In view of the assurance extended by Dr. A.K. Panda for implementing the judgment in letter and spirit by defraying the remaining liability towards the members of the petitioner- Association, this matter is adjourned for overseeing the compliance to 16.04.2026.” 2. In furtherance to above, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office instructions dated 09.04.2026 along with computation sheets and on that basis submitted that the judgment in question has now been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledged the above fact and submitted that the judgment in question has been complied with in letter & spirit. 4. Taking note of the instructions placed on record by the respondents and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this execution petition is disposed of as satisfied.
