Heard Smt. R.Annapurna, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-I and learned standing counsel for respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation bring to the notice of this Court that in the identical situations, this Court has passed common order in W.P.No.4351 of 2026 and W.P.No.36659 of 2025 on 24.02.2026 by dismissing both the Writ Petition and the issue involved in this Writ Petitions is identical to the issue involved in W.P.No.4351 of 2026 & W.P.No.36659 of 2025 and prayed to pass the same order. 4. On perusal of the common order dated 24.02.2026 in W.P.No.4351 of 2026 and W.P.No.36659 of 2025, this Court has dismissed both the Writ Petitions and the issue involved in this Writ Petition is identical to the issue involved both the Writ Petitions. 6 5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Interim order granted earlier shall stands vacated. No costs.
