This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Rintu Sharma, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Paltanbazar P.S Case No.196/2025 under Section 21(b) of NDPS Act. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 28.06.2025 and presently in judicial custody. 4. The allegations in a gist are recovery of suspected heroin of 8 gms (inclusive of container) from the present accused and some more quantity from the co-accused. 5. The case diary is received. 6. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that investigation is pending for receipt of FSL report and witnesses have been examined. 7. Considering the progress of investigation, the accused, namely, Rintu Sharma is allowed to go on bail of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) only with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned learned court with following conditions: (i) That the petitioner shall co-operate in the remaining investigation; (ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper any evidence. (iii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any activity of consuming or peddling of illegal drugs. Page No.# 3/3 8. Violation of bail conditions might entail cancellation of the bail. 9.
