JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 04/02/2025 1. No one is present on behalf of the petitioners. 2. On earlier occasions also i.e. on 28.06.2021 and 08.07.2021 when the case was listed before the Court, no one was present on behalf of the petitioners. 3. By filing this petition, the petitioner have prayed for issuing directions to the respondent Nos.1 to 3- State/Police authorities to provide adequate safety and security to them and to ensure no consequential action against them. 4. As per the averments made in the petition, the petitioners solemnized marriage without the consent of their parents and it is alleged that their parents are giving threatening to them of their life and liberty. 5. This petition was filed on 01.06.2021 and whenever the case was listed before the Court for hearing, no one was present on behalf of the petitioners which shows that now the petitioners may not have threat from the private respondents. 6.
