Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner's land was acquired by the Tamil Nadu Highways 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.41046 of 2025 Department vide Notification dated 28.02.2020 for the purpose of constructing an overhead flyover. Subsequently, an award was passed on 27.05.2025 by fixing a meagre amount as compensation. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner filed an application dated 14.07.2025 to the respondent to refer the matter to the appropriate authority for determining the enhanced compensation amount. However, the said application was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition. 5. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the application filed by the petitioner will be considered by the respondents within a period of 2 weeks. Hence, he requested this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6.
