Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, has requested to permit the applicant-Bachi Ram to withdraw the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with a liberty to file a complaint. 4 . The present Application (C528 No.2042 of 2025), filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file a complaint case, but, in accordance with law.
