The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 320/2025 arising out of Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 138/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 103(1), 303(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Rajmahal. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 354/2025 vide order dated 21.01.2025. 4. On 02.09.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons mercilessly assaulted the husband of the informant, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 5 . There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he had put pressure on the rib cage of the deceased. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that charge has been framed in this case. It was further submitted that the prosecution has not examined a single witness. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 8.
