Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police enquiry would reveal that the dispute is civil in nature, and therefore, they did not involve in such disputes. Further, as per their information, the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent was compromised. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no further orders are required in the writ petition. 4. In the light of the rival submissions, the writ petition is closed without going into merits of the case. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
