This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing/setting aside the order dated 19.10.2024, passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Criminal Case No. 6028/2011 (State Vs. Shashi Kant and others) in connection with the charge sheet No.151A/2011 in Case Crime No.1254/2010 under Sections 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar whereby the application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. for discharge of the applicants from the offence under Sections 420, 506 of I.P.C. has been rejected. Taking note of the availability of the alternative remedy of filing of revision, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to entertain the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 19.10.2024, accordingly, it is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to file a revision petition before appropriate court.
