On the oral prayer made by Mr. Digvijay Singh Bisht, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, he is permitted to score off the name of respondent No. 6 from array of parties. Amended memo of parties be filed in the Registry within 24 hours. 3. According to petitioner, there are government servants/officers, who are getting salary from the State Government for performing duties of their posts; however, they are making money by indulging in other activities in absolute violation of conduct rules. This according to petitioner is impermissible and government officials concerned are liable to be proceeded against departmentally. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner alleges that he has made representation to the Commissioner, Kumaon Division; the representation is not properly worded, therefore petitioner may be permitted to make fresh representation to the Commissioner. 2025:UHC:10565 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to the Commissioner within two weeks from today. If he makes such representation within stipulated time, Commissioner concerned shall look into the allegations made by petitioner and shall also examine as to whether government servant who is taking salary from public exchequer, can indulge in other activities for making money. 6. Decision, if any, shall be taken by the Commissioner within four weeks from date of receipt of such representation.
