The petitioner has reported non- compliance of the Court’s order dated 06.08.2025, passed in WPSS No.2297 of 2025, Lakhpat Singh Negi Vs. The Sub Registrar and Others (“the writ petition”). Heard. At the very outset, learned State Counsel submits that action has already been taken in the matter and the respondent/the Sub-Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Dehradun, has decided the representation on 02.01.2026. He has placed for the perusal of the Court the compliance report. Let it be taken on record. In view of the statement given by learned State Counsel, nothing survives in this contempt petition. It stands disposed of, accordingly.
