Petitioner claims that his double storey house was acquired for the purposes of airport at Ayodhya. The compensation has been paid but rehabilitation has not been done. 4. Learned Standing Counsel says that the petitioner already has a house other than the house which was acquired, a fact which is being denied by the petitioner. 5. This is not a matter where we can decide such factual issues. Petitioner may approach the concerned authorities raising his grievance in the matter which may be got inquired and his entitlement to rehabilitation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 shall be considered and a decision shall be taken with expedition unless there is any legal impediment in this regard in which case the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
