Murugan Raja Government Advocate ORDER This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a mandamus to sub divide the patta in favour of the petitioner as per the registered sale deed in Doc. No.1460 of 2025 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 47480 of 2025 petition based on the petitioner's sub division patta transfer application dated 10.10.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner had applied for transfer of patta in his name through online application dated 10.10.2025 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the sale deed registered in his name in Doc. No.1460 of 2025. Since the said application has not been considered, he has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. R.P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of sub division of patta in his favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the objections of any third party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire. 5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 10.10.2025 seeking for issuance of a sub division https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 47480 of 2025 of patta in his favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after hearing the objections of any third party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
