Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Surya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.6 as well as learned Standing Counsel. The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs: "1. Issue, writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opp. Parties 01 to 04 to remove the encroachment from gata No.1919 of khata No.01221 which has been recorded in the khata of 'Sadak' situated inVillage- Paliya Lohani, Tahsil- Milkipur, District- Ayodhya, within the time as is stipulated by this Hon,ble Court in accordance with law. ii. Issue, writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the Opp. Party No.02 to take appropriate legal action against the revenue authorities who are extending their undue favour to the Opp. Parties 6 and 7 in making encroachment on the land of Gram Panchayat after making thorough enquiry in accordance with law." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions which are taken on record, states that the proceedings have already been started for removal of unauthorized constructions. 4. Considering the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to conclude the proceedings initiated for removal of the unauthorized constructions in accordance with law within a period of four months.
