Petitioners before this Court are seeking appointment in view of their selection in the second list. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that neither appointment letters have been issued to the petitioners nor any reason has been communicated to them in this regard. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that there are certain legal impediments in issuing their appointment letter and he refers Educational Qualifications as mentioned in the Advertisement of Assistant Teacher. He further submitted that reasons will be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take legal remedy on the basis of reasons so communicated to them. 6.
