The relief prayed for in the writ petition cannot be considered by this Court as the High Court is not supposed to execute or ensure compliance of the interim orders passed by the Civil Court in suit which is still pending and the order therein is for maintenance of status quo. This may involve a factual inquiry as to what was the status quo existing on the date of grant of temporary injunction. The petitioner should pursue the matter before the Court below itself.
