By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 bearing No. 3832 of 2024 which is said to be pending before the respondent no. 1. A specific query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether he is a party to the said proceedings to which he answered in the negative. Since the petitioner is not a party to the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, this Court is of the view that the present petition is not maintainable at the behest of the petitioner, accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
