Sri Umesh Singh has put his appearance on behalf of learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and filed Vakalatnama today which is taken on record. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following relief: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature Habeas Corpus commanding thereby directing the opposite party no. 1 and 2 to release the detenue/petitioner forthwith, who is detained under the illegal custody of opposite party no. 3 by an illegal and arbitrary manner and to set her free at her liberty. (ii) Issue any other suitable order or direction, which this Hon'ble High Court may deemed fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case in favour of petitioner.. (iii) Allow the writ petition. Smt. Versha W/O Monu Maurya (the detenue) appeared in person before the Court with her counsel. She has not agreed to go with the petitioner and Rs. 1,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to her before the Court and he is not in a position to make payment of amount of Rs. 25,000/- as being labour, therefore, remaining amount is dispensed with. Accordingly, the detenue being not in agreement with the petitioner to go with him, this writ petition is dismissed.
